Before returning items to us, please read and follow our

items back to us.
We understand that ordering dresses for your special
occasion is a very important undertaking, and we create the policy with this in
mind. However, please note that our dresses are made according to your
requirements, once the returning or cancelling process starts, the materials
can't be reused. So before returning your dresses to us, please make sure that
you have read our return & exchange policy and understand it clearly.
Order cancellation policy ( Before Delivery )
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours after payment
confirmation
(1) Before sending us your confirmation of order
information, orders canceled will be eligible for a full refund.
(2) After sending us your confirmation of order
information, orders canceled will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
2. Orders canceled after 24 hours of payment confirmation
will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
3. Orders canceled after shipping can not be canceled.

All our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return and 14-day policy for exchange after the receipt of your products.
